Grinding
Is the most aggressive with large amounts of the stone surface removed. Grinding will remove deep scratches and lip page (uneven tile edges) which will allow the stone to be polished from a flat satin to a high gloss. Read more…

Sealing
Is necessary in protecting and preserving your natural stone. Your natural stone should be protected immediately following either a maintenance or restoration method. Floor Coating

Stripping

Restoring Cement Based Terrazzo Floors
Is essentially the exact same process as marble. Terrazzo is made up of Portland cement and marble aggregate. At its surface, the ratio of marble to cement is about 70/30.
